Care and cleaning instructions
Dry cleaning works the best.
But let the care label be your guide.
If you really want to hand-wash your item, we suggest you to use no soap or add 2 squirts of a very delicates wash,
like Wool & Cashmere Shampoo, to a sink full of cold water. Be careful! Warm water may shrink your garment.
Submerge, swish, and soak. Rinse twice, pressing out the water in a very delicate way.
DO not leave your garment in water for too long, as a prolonged bath can give you felted wool.
Never wring, hang-dry, or tumble dry, since wet wool stretches easily.
Dry Flat Lay the garment on a clean towel and roll it up like a jelly roll to extract water.
Unfurl and let dry on a new towel or a mesh rack.
Reshape, or “block,” the knit.
For the Summer sleep, fold your knits and place it in an airtight plastic bin.
Finally, throw in a sachet filled with ½ cup dry lavender (bugs hate the stuff) and store in a cool, dry place.
Against the hair-loss, typical of wool: place your item inside a plastic bag and close it tightly. Put it in the freezer for 2 to 3 days.
